I did this as part of an art test at Blowfish studios a while ago, they wanted me to create Ciri from the Witcher games with a 2000 Tri limit and only a 256 texture for the character and weapon. Final triangulated mesh came out at -exactly- 2000 tris B)
She's also fully rigged and animated, but I did that after the test as I wanted to learn about importing characters into UE4
